SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance
  
New York prices are down 5 cents on Extra, Large, Large and Medium.   
Regional and California prices are steady with a lower undertone. 
Asking prices for next week's deliveries are trending lower.  Demand
into the retail and distributive channels is light to moderate on 
moderate to heavy offerings.  Supplies are moderate to heavy, however
light to generally moderate in California for immediate trade needs.
Market activity is slow to moderate.  Breaking stock floor stocks are
moderate to heavy; breaking schedules are normal to instances over-time.
Light type fowl offerings are light to moderate for the light to
moderate demand.
